Be Sure You Use The Right Door!

Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

THOUGHTS ABOUT TODAY’S VERSE…
There is only ONE way that leads to the Father in heaven! Jesus makes it pretty clear that He and He alone is the door through which we must enter. That all those others (cults, Indian Lore, the occult, Wicca, New Age, Harry Potter type things, religions and religious doctrines, professing Godliness but lacking fellowship with the Lord Jesus Christ) are but thieves and robbers trying to steal away our salvation. There are many who even try to call themselves Christian religions, but without that fellowship with Jesus, without making Him their Lord, they are not and can NOT be Christian. They may know about God and Jesus, but they do NOT KNOW HIM personally. You must believe in and confess Jesus as your Lord to be a Christian, for by no other name shall man be saved than that of the Lord Jesus! There are NOT many ways to get to Heaven or to come to God as some like to profess. They are liars and of the devil himself. There is ONE God, ONE Heaven, and ONE Way, the Lord Jesus. Everything else is false. I didn’t say it, the Bible did.

MY PRAYER…
Almighty God, Heavenly Father, I confess that sometimes I forget who to listen to. That I forget to reach for Your opportunities and Your concerns. To press into the things of God through fellowship with Jesus. Lord change my heart into a heart that yearns to live life in all its fullness by seeking after Your will, Jesus’ example, and the Holy Spirit’s leading in my decisions today and always. God help me to increase my fellowship with You through my fellowship with Your holy Son Jesus more every day. In the name of Jesus I pray.
